Manifesting from Mind to Matter
Paris Baguette requested a plush keychain design to target a young adult market, aiming to spread brand awareness as others would see the keychain. The project gave me the opportunity to learn about materials like plush and metals, understanding their limits and durability. This knowledge informed design possibilities, such as engraved or etched logo application to the metals, as well as plush softness and stitching techniques for the ideal tactile experience.
Additionally, I considered color combinations and playful shapes to create a fun, memorable accessory that aligns with Paris Baguette's vibrant brand identity. It was incredibly rewarding to first design the keychain in the digital realm, then see a pre-production sample, and finally hold the production item that was once just an idea.
